The Red Chair is a space created for people in Kampala’s informal settlements. Its purpose is to give you the opportunity to speak up about what you do for your community.
Uwimana Phiona is studying at university. In the meantime, she teaches and supports children in Komwokya, hoping they may one day get the same opportunity as she has. Her dream is to become a teacher, so she can teach children full‑time.
